Reservations are required.

All guests must be 21 years of age or older.

In bringing a renewed sense of occasion to Midtown, The Jazz Club requests that guests dress with intention, arriving in smart, neatly presented attire. Athleisure wear, flip flops, shorts, tank tops, baseball caps and overly casual clothing are not permitted. At our discretion, guests may be asked to adjust their attire or invited to join us on another occasion.

Performance fee will be charged per guest during any performance, no matter duration of stay; amount pending on performer.

No flash photography or video recording.

Cell phones should be placed on silent mode.
